Instructions
1. For the chocolate coffee layer combine room temperature milk through first portion of chia seeds, whisk and set aside for 15 minutes
2. For the mascarpone layer combine second portion of room temperature coconut milk through chia seeds, whisk set aside for 15 minutes then fold in lemon juice
3. Layer 12 ounce container with 181g chocolate layer, 161g mascarpone layer, 21g whipped topping, then use sifter to dust the top with cocoa powder. Test with bunny stencil
