hydrate the pea protein with the water, let it sit 10 minutes. drain soaking liquid and reserve for later

combine the spices

add the spices to a pot & cook 3 minutes stirring often. deglaze with the soaking water if it starts to stick

add the pea protein and a little liquid to a frying pan, heat it up and let it cook 2 minutes
